On June 6, 2016 at around 7:00 PM PDT, our operations team detected digital certificate problems from one of internet providers which caused connection failures when using the Snowflake Python connector or SnowSQL. Once we detected the issue, we immediately notified customers of the connection failures.
As of June 7, 2016 at 5:53 AM PDT, the digital certificate problems have been resolved.
